In installation.txt file when you say 'If your Joomla VirtueMart is Fresh . U can upload all files and skip first step' this is _base_d on which version of Joomla and VirtueMart.

I am using VM 1.0.12 and Joomla 1.0.12

If the latest version doesn't work, try this one
