How is this Type 2 question done? 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 21
Somebody sent this to us earlier...

Please can you explain the solution to
two of your type 2 examples which are
included in your free samples to
download, as I have never seen this
type before:
1. If the code for CONNECT is XLMMVXG
What does WVZORMT mean?
ANSWER: DEALING
How is this the answer?
and no 4 also (LIBERAL...)
thank you
Stephen

My advice is watch our method & technique videos! I'll give you a clue. Split the alphabet in two and look for mirror image letter pairs. These questions DO appear so be prepared.

Re:How is this Type 2 question done? 4 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
C becomes X

C is the third leter from the start of the alphabet.
X is the third letter from the end of the alphabet

O is the 15th letter from the start of the alphabet.
L is the 15th letter from the end of the alphabet

etc.

so looking at WVZORMT,

W is the 4th letter from the back, so this becomesD (4th letter from the front).
V is the 5th letter from the back so this becomes E (5th leter from the front)

etc

until you get DEALING

Yes, as the others have said, it's just a way of working it out. You just have to learn the different ways you can do the question, then just try them all out. With this question, you just have to work from each end of the alphabet.
