I have heard that the structure is changing for many school entrys and it may differ from region to region. For example, in schools like Herschel and Langley grammar, previously Maths was taken but this has now been taken out and children only have to take Verbal Reasoning and Non Verbal Reasoning. I was wondering if anyone knows what is to be taken for entry in Burnham Grammar and Slough Grammar.

Have a look on the relevant schools websites as they explain everything very well. Slough is doing its own thing but the others have dropped the maths as they believe NVR is a better indication of maths and reasoning.
