knowyourself: I see I am going to miss your words of encouragement ... but thought you would like to know that my wife has a long list of jobs she would like me to do ... so my boy's education can no longer be an excuse ... but even so I hope to carry on helping educate him in the purer sense I have gone on about in other postings. Btw, I like the idea of a large brandy - cheers!

P.S. our last lesson was this morning when we walked through the whole exam (well last years one anyway) and discussed how to approach whatever might turn up. I noticed the word "carefully" kept croping up in the instructions ... I suppose that and "coolly" have to be my last wise words before the test. Best wishes everyone.

Good luck to all! My son seems very relaxed and confident!!! We as parents worry more than the kids do. Like you all said, we'll hope for the best and not think about the results till Feb.
